I am looking in to getting new memory. I have already decided to get 1GB of OCZ Gold. Here is the link to it:

Notice how it says 2.8 volts. I was wondering if my motherboard would support it. My motherboard manual says "up to 2.5v supported." But look at this page that I found on Epox's Website:
It shows the recommended RAM for my motherboard. Some of the modules listed on there i found to be over 2.5v but not quite 2.8v. So my question is: can my motherboard support the 2.8v memory and what is important about memory voltages and overclocking them?
OR
Should I just go with th XMS memory that has been tested to work at 2.5v?
