I use panaflos for my builds. They aren't exactly quiet, but they get the job done well. Only problem is that most of the time they don't come tailed. I've heard good things about those new Antec TriCools, but they're expensive. Some low-noise freaks I've talked to suggest papst (if that's not spelled correctly, please don't kill me).

    Which case did you order?

I've never been a huge fan of those special design cases, but to each his own. 120mm fans move more air at lower rpms, but the ones that come with that case might not do the best job (and hey, they might). I've had thermaltake cases ship with horribly weak fans, and considering that they produce smartfans, I was surprised. Once you have the system rigged up and running, temperatures will show.

35 DBA is pretty loud man...all of the fans in my case are 25 DBA. I have 4 80mm Kingwin fans and they run perfectly fine...not too noisy either.

I am not to sure about this but I think I heard that sleeve fans are worse than ball fans. All of the fans in my case are ball bearings.
