I would say ASUS
ASUS mobo's have an auto overclocking feature wich is great for OC Newbies, or you can do it manually. The auto overclock monitors your system and if it becomes unstable it reduces what it needs to and will increase where it can.
But I do not recommend buying any video cards from ASUS.Comment

Auto overclocking features suck. I told my mate about my DFI and that I was going to overclock and he was like "mine does it automatically" I just laughed because he thought he was getting some kind of extra performance. 10mhz isnt noticable....
DFI is the kind of motherboard you can be proud of and put in your sig. Most people don't bother, DFI users do
