Do you plan on using a pcie graphics card?

I'm also getting a 7800GTX pci-express of course
I also want to see the best but I rather not spend a absurd amount of chedda on it

Except i have a p4 3.2ghz
and getting a new graphics card so if i find something reasonable(dont let this fact hinder you from showing me the best) ill get a new board and a pcie card.

I would go with DFI, they have the latest gameing options on their motherboards and so many BIOS controlls you can swim in them.

They also have a large range of Mobos ranging from 90$ - 250$

I recently bought A64 3500+ with Asus A8N-E mobo and 6600GT GFX card. Gonna have 7800GTX tomorrow :p

So, I recommend Asus A8N-E or -SLI... basicly they are the same except A8N-SLI having SLI capabilities of course.

I've had no trouble with Asus products and always use them exclusively. Saying that though I obviously have no experience with DFI so I can't confirm or deny their reliability.

DFI, Asus, and MSI would have my choice.
The DFI boards are geared towards over clocking. Thats not to say that the others can't though. The DFI s939 boards are also great for cable management. Finally a company that uses some intelligence when placing connectors.

You wouldn't be making a mistake with any of those companies.
Personally I would go with the DFI Lanparty SLIDR.
