So any of you guys heard of this error message?

"your computer is low on memory, please close X program"

A quick update guys i found something in my task manager process tab something called "COM Surrogate" was using a whopping 6 million of memory i usually see for example Chrome uses 20~40 thousand or Origin 66 thousand.

I have the CPU gadget on my desktop and the gadget was maxed with 96% usage of RAM! I eliminated the process tree called COM Surrogate and it seemed to work but i cant tell if that was a temporary fix or permanent, and Google search is shit all i keep getting are stupid solutions like increase your RAM lol i got 8GB DDR3 wtf.

Did you try simply restarting your computer?

Yeah i did but the process kept on showing up in Task manager until i ended the whole process tree.

Ohoh, just fixed COM Surrogate on a machine. It was spyware.

Download malwarebytes and scan your system then download Combo Fix and run it. That will fix it for you.

Other things can cause this issue than spyware, but so far the only times I have seen it has been that.

Thanks Crucnh! i eliminated the problem by ending the process tree then i download DLL tool but i will also do your suggested fix just to be sure
