can't update on origin

As we all know, I got a new version and it's on origin and a program I have never used before. I just successfully downloaded it now but I can't seem to run the update. I've tried what other forums suggested by running as admin but still doesn't work. Each time I try to update it runs the update box but than goes directly to the game.

Anyone own it on Origin and can suggest something?

Bfbc2 ofcourse. Its really wierd that it wont update... Is there a patch site I can just download it manually and install it myself? You see this is the reasom I like owning a physical copy

I thought i read only new games were going to be supported on origin??

Its just an enhanced EADM, you can still buy BF2 and BF2142 throug it.
