ah, the reminder thing appears now. But alas, it does not actually remind you. You have to have the program open for it to remind you, or you have to have messenger or some other email program open so you can receive the email when the reminder goes off.

I'm looking for something a little more lightweight, if possible. Like, just solely a calender or something, and that i can start up fast.

It's a calender. It doesn't need to be lightweight unless you're running on punch cards or something.

Besides, you're not going to find anything really more lightweight than Outlook. If that's too much though, learn C++/C# and make your own Calendar program.

Wow, well this thread definitely sprawled into something i didnt expect. Ive been using Outlook for my scheduling at work just cause it was already there, FYI to all you programmers out there, make a really lightweight calendar that isnt really dumb.

I would, but somebody's already beat me too it. It's called Microsoft Outlook.
