I've also been with VM since NTL... been with the broadband option since 128k was 'the fastest' lol... Anyway, we've had to phone NTL a few times in the past, support was ok but not great, and we phoned VM once a while back, support was again ok/half-decent... although this past week my internet has been cutting out, the DNS gets reset somewhere between outside my home to wherever at VM... kind of annoying may end up phoning them to find out what's up... although I hate the music you get when put on hold :\

When ATT switched us over from Bellsouth's dns to theirs, it crashed both the dns servers for like 3 days. Since then, I've been using (to my delight) some random ones found on the internet (and suggested by ATT customer support, which is usually very good).
