Seeing that the part of the United States I reside in is roughly 1,000 miles/1,600 kilometers from central Florida, I'm probably in the same boat you're in.

America, land of the newegg.com. If he plans on building it himself, that'd be the best place for him to look.

As for companies that will build it for him, I'm not sure of which are good and which equate to horse poop, but I know of some that exist. http://ibuypower.com/, http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/, http://www.falcon-nw.com/, are a few I've heard of. I don't know much about any of them except for Cyber Power.

I'll make it clear that I'm not saying he shouldn't build it himself. This is just in case he decides he doesn't want to.

Very cheap mobo if he doesn't want to overclock too much: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157146
              E5200: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...6072&Tpk=e5200

Both will come out to the same price as the AMD option, and I assumed the E5200 was more powerful since it's 65W instead of 45W. >_>

hes currently running an E6300 so no point going to a E5200 :/

I dont think the budget is in any need to be brought down, its 750 because he wants a quadcore.
