Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
i thought arctic silver was non conductive? i was sitting here waching guys put on the ram sincs with thermal paste ..how weird..then again maybe i was not paying too much attention to that part..i was looking at the cooler mostly..the ram sincs help alot ...but i gota seriously figure out what i wana do about a aftermarket cooler..and i only seen one that will fit so far...
They were most likely using Arctic Ceramique which is non-conductive. They are both heat conductive but AS5 is electrically conductive.
I believe that is right!
you can also use sekusi thermal tape (or alternative) for aftermarket memory coolers. the stuff that comes with a lot of ramsinks is non-adherent crap.
i'm not sure whether RAM sincs by themselves are enough for a Radeon 4870. They running bloody hot and a lot of people have had issues installing aftermarket coolers with RAM sincs since the GDDR5 runs hot on the 4870.

odd. you'd expect heat dissipation to be more effective with a chunk of finned out aluminum on gddr5 modules...
planning on dropping an hr03-gt on mine at some point (sitting on my desk, just too busy and too lazy to install it). will have to see how it goeth.
edit, and after setting the fan speed to 29%, my temps never break over about 68C. i'm thinking the "hot card" designation was due to the catalyst drivers locking fan speed at card release to about what, 13%?
The stock heatsink seems to have better memory cooling than a lot of the aftermarket coolers, VRM cooling also drops into the same category.
Looking around the OC'ing forums, i've seen a lot of people cannibalising old CPU or NB heatsinks and strapping them to the VRMs/Memory in order to use their aftermarket coolers properly.
