I highly doubt you'll need to change the oil regularly.
Plus, why would you want to take it apart all the time? The only time I open up my case regularly is to clean dust or change the fan speed on my spot cool when it gets really hot during the summer. Both of those reasons are eliminated by submerging it in oil.
Plus, when you consider how much a really good watercooling setup would cost, this isn't that much of a leap, considering what you are getting, right? Highest end components, all customized to work in oil, etc.
(of course, I'm never going to spend that much money on any kind of PC)
