    the problem with the 4850/70's is that CCC fixes the fan speed to 16%(12?) of max rpm.

    it's a quick fix, bumped my 4870 up to 35% and it's still fairly quiet and temps don't go over 70C.

      Yea, you can also use Rivatuner to bump fan speeds as well, it's a little easier than the XML editing method.

          Well, everything came in and is absolutley amazing ... Im still installing drivers, and all my software so I havnt had a chance to test her out yet. Hopefully by friday she is all set to start the testing.
