Well technically every tower heatsink is a knock off of another....
That Xigmatek uses direct-touch heatpipes which offers performance very near a TRUE's. This is done while using half the number of heatpipes. It's also cheaper. This Xigmatek heatsink is much much more than a knock off. It offers the best price:performance ratio in today's market. I highly recommend it.
