    nope it normally does it if i dont shut down my pc for a day or so..

      Have a look in Event Viewer as I know that any time Aero gets disabled it gets written to the log.

        Sometimes when you save an image from a site, the window will pop up like that. It depends on the site or something. It's happened to me, but not often and it doesn't bother me.

          Just to show you what it shows in my Event Viewer,



          The top one is from starting BF2 and the second is what occurs if I Alt+Tab out of the game. Hopefully when you check yours it will show which application is requesting Aero to be disabled and not releasing it when the app is closed.
