Case Fane Setup (Stacker830)

Hey,

Tomorrow i FINALLY get all my upgrades. Though i need some advice as to how i should set up my case fans. As the title suggests i am getting the CM Stacker 830. which can house up to 12 fans, I however am only going to install 8x 120mm fans along with the 2 stock ones and maybe one or two from my old case.. Anyway i was just wondering how i should set this up i was thinking having the usual intake fans at the front, exhaust at the back and maybe 4 intakes on one door and four exhausts on the opposing door.. would this be correct?

yeah... their obviously going to be the exhaust fans to suck and blow the hot air out.. well atleast thats what im hoping will happen >.<

Your idea is right. Front = In, Back = Out. 8 120s are gonna be pretty loud just fyi, not to mention slightly overkill? But hey I love fans too! Go for it!

lol yeah ^_^ i could probably make do with a few less fans.. but the idea of 12 blue led light fans is too exciting its going to be pwetty!

TAKE PICS!!!! post'em in the "Post Ur Rig Pic!" i am still waiting to set my room up and finally take pics and post'em in that thread! think of it, ur room, all dark with 8-12 blue led fans WOWZERZ! i luv being a PC gamer so much! we must have the best PCs!

hey dude thats a little overkill. In the car world we call those guys ricers. Your going to have to so many damn cables hanging for the fans that your airflow is gonna suck! lol!!

Seriously though, my antec 900 has 4 fans and its more than enough. I only have them running on medium and they blow cold air straight through the case all day.
