That bush... eh, it's not very thick, and it looks like our AR man has an easy sight line on him. It also looks as if the sniper is moving, and the human eye detects movement much easier than ... no movement. So our sniper is most certainly spotted, not to mention the fact that our AR man is looking straight at him...
Like I said, it looks like the sniper is moving, he's gonna have to stop to get a good shot off, and also take a second or two to aim his rifle (Hes only got one shot). Our AR man has a good 30 shots (depending on the rifle, I can't see it) and won't take as much time to aim, and will more than likely get a first shot off much quicker, his gun is also most likely not as long as the rifle the sniper is holding, and easier to bring up to get a sight picture (If he even does use his sights.)
Unless we're in the movie theater... I think that sniper is getting blasted...
