Not bad on the price. What do you guys think about this build now? All the bolded are things I decided to upgrade a bit

Should I worry about getting a Zalman 9500?
IMO, this system looks like a budget system gone wrong. Not a bad thing, but if price was the #1 priority, I would have made some different choices...

But since you can afford a $700 system, the only thing I would change is the PSU. That Antec is quite expensive. A Corsair 550VX would be my first choice or one of those OCZ PSU's will do also. Choising the Corsair is not skimping on quality.

And Zalmans are overpriced imo. Save some money and get a AC Freezer 7 or a Scythe Ninja. Both are cheaper, and performance at least matches the Zalman.

Don't know how to check lolzerz, i dont think it would be high, i only open multiple tabs on the fox, listen to wmp, dnld stuff and thats bout it while chatting on Yahoo and steam.

I am currently gunna have to change the monitor of my rig, i will have to report the temps later sry, but in the mean time i havent sean any or noticed any over heating and funny activity and my card stays cool as the AC7 fan is facing down to the card.

              BAD!

You want your Freezer to face in the same direction as your exhaust fan. Blowing down is going against convection. Convection make heat rise. So you don't want your fan blowing down. Laws of physics > AC Freezer.

Speedfan or CoreTemp for monitoring temperatures.

Its not really a problem Eagle. Just unplug everything..Put you computer onto a table and open it up..There should be 1 black pin sorta thing on your ac7 pro in every corner..Just twists those and pull and they come out...Then once the hsf is out turn it around so it is pointing out of youre case towards the exahust...Like this

Dont get me wrong it wont do your Pc much harm having it the way you have it but it should be slightly better ^^ that way
