Follow what i said in my PM, regarding running two instances to stress all 4 cores. Also, use Coretemp or Intel Thermal Analysis Tool for more accurate readouts.
That's a good overclock, how much did you raise the Vcore, if at all? You really need to run Orthos for 8 hours or so overnight to ensure it's fully stable (don't like BSOD's now do we
)
You could try and go further, or you could try dropping the multiplier and achieving a higher front side bus. But, this is when it gets tricky as your overclocking your memory further and it may need overvolting as well as the northbridge.
