There not bad, but as you asked, they could be better, i run at 29 - 34 playing BF2!

But i have an Antec 900, and aftermarket CPU cooling fan ( Zalman )

What kind of case and cooling do you have?

Btw Ignore the AUX thing Speedfan has a bug so i was told by them.

Btw Ignore the AUX thing Speedfan has a bug so i was told by them.

Not so much as a bug, as the fact that Speedfan gets its readings directly from the monitoring chip on the motherboard and not filtered by the bios. As a result that is why it shows readings for things that aren't there, in this case that AUX reading of 125°C.

Best thing is to identify all temperature senors that your motherboard has (check in the bios and write them down) and match them up with Speedfan, then go in the Configuration settings and uncheck all that are invalid.
