pc shuts down?

Yeah it better not be the psu,its just new out of the box,so is mobo.
Ok made a lil head way here Im on the rig now,but when i go to load a game,any game even 1942 all it lets me do is watch the EA show,then log in,select map,then Shut down.

Booting up i get the single normal post code,mobo reads no errors
(FF on LED read out=fully functional).

After it shuts down in order for me to get it to run again(like it is now) i have to unplug the CPU connector,start rig(no post codes when unpluged) plug the cpu power back in and here i am.
(no wonder i drink lol).

IDK if im realy askin for help here or what im doing,at this point im just trying to tell whats going on here.

Im on the rig now :yay:

The Heatsink had that broken lock on it so now it only has three to secure it to the mobo,it looked and felt tight befor but now even tho there is only three holding it on mobo shes locked down and not acting up any more.

Im going to hit newegg up later and find a new heatsink,UNless some one here can tell me if i can buy just thos four turn locks for the heatsink?

The HS is fine just the crapy turn locks are faulty.

I have a new zalman heatsink on its way then ill set this gimpy one aside for a back up.
