I loved 2012. I especially love going to IMDB and reading the posts from e-critics and elitists who think that entertaining cinematography does not belong to movies anymore.

The effects were absolutely fantastic and worth the admission price alone. Some good humour here and there, and almost all of the Russians were either killed or portrayed as a-holes.

    But those effects. Holy sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

Some WoW gamer met this girl who was infected, she tried biting him, he killed her. He had to take a ****, and gets chased by a couple zombies. He meets that softie hick, they drive around and meet two girls who con them into giving them their guns and car. They meet up with the girls again, same thing happens. They go to Bill Murray's house, kill him. Then they go to some amusement park and attract all the zombies, the girls need to be saved, the guys come and save them. The end.
So what if the storyline wasn't amazing, what kind of epic storyline can you make with a zombie film? Think about Shawn of the Dead, the storyline if you write it like that is a pile of rubbish, but it's a well loved film because it's hilarious. I laughed so much watching zombieland, brilliant entertainment.

indeed, it was at least better than Transformers 2, the effects were just superb, I even liked some of the other story stuff (the part where the tidal wave hits the cruise ship was really well done imo, the music especially); a lot of people see it as far fetched but it was still great entertainment tbfh. The characters were fine imo even with some of the lolworthy things such as Gordon getting it and the chick being like "lolke"

Although the dog lives and I noticed the impossible feats the aircraft were capable of lol

Yellowstone errupting was certainly impressive although not realistic (dumb for me to expect that but meh)

I will probably get it on Blu Ray tbfh

Hes right, District 9 was vastly superior to all 2009 movies, no contest.

No. Inglourious Basterds = Ultimate Win.

I liked Moon, but I saw the clone thing coming for some reason. The acting was good though.

District 9- first half was meh, second half was awsm.

Maybe because it was shown in the trailers?

Never watched any trailers for it .
Maybe I skimmed past a spoiler or something.

I liked District 9 immensely but I dunno I just found that I couldn't take some of it seriously, I don't know if its just the British sense of humour but for much of the film me and my family were laughing a lot lol.

Moon, I felt was superb and Star Trek was just a showcase of how to make a brilliantly balanced action movie etc etc

Already got Star Trek on Blu Ray, Moon for Xmas, sadly D9 comes out a few days after

The only thing missing in D9 compared to other two, is the lack of sex scenes.

Cannon, they didnt try to hide the clone part. That wasnt the plot twist.
