I have come to realize that the main reason people have problems with Vista, is because they are trying to make it run on machines that don't have enough resources. I have no problems with it. The programs I could no longer run with it, I was able to find an alternative, which in most cases was better.

This rig is running at some amazing speeds. I tell people I can load a map on BF2 in about 10 seconds, and I get told I lie, or exaggerating. Vista = no problem ...love it, and couldn't imagine going back <--- to XP.

Dual booting XP and Vista, 73fps in one spot in Vista, 140fps in XP. Same settings, same server, same player count. It's even there in single player.

Shame, because I had it exactly on par with XP at one point, but that would mean going back a few drivers.
