when i see mini atx i think of Shuttle's as it seems more appopriate and they fit into most backpacks

there are a few models of Shuttles that do fit an 8800GTX,

but as your sticking to ATi a x1950 Pro / XT should fit also,

op wants to plug in a audio card. x1950pro would work with the shuttle; neither xt nor 8800gts (nor any two-slot gpu cooling solution) would when you figure in a pci-sound card. there aren't enough slots on the back.

edit. shuttle makes good cases, tho. might be worth checking out if op is going w/single slot gpu or is willing to dispense with hardware audio.
