Im not to worried about pci-e right now, plus alot of people have said that x1950pro will give me another few years from this system so im happy with that, plus i need this rig to be good cuz when i get a new one i wanna link them up and i cant do that if this rig cant play anything

Ok, took a gig out and played a round. Still played settings maxed out, but there were some noticeably slowdowns. You certainly should be able to play on High with 1GB but with everything maxed out, you will have some serious stuttering. Still playable, but I got killed a few times because the graphics got choppy. So you can easily play high settings with above "playable" framerates.

        Hope this helps.

And just to say try to get another GB if you can. My system is noticeably slower with only 1.

Ok, nice one mates , thx a bunch, ill just get the card and mess around with the settings and save up and get memory in a month or two, After all even without the extra memory , it will still play light years ahead of my old 6600 gt card that i have now

          once again, thx mate
