It was a good movie. Saying its not only because it used general plot which has been done a million times over is silly.

Some people liked it, I hated it.
I found everything predictable right from the start when Jake and the Na'vi met.

The fact that it is just another carbon copy of all those other movies is what people do not like.
The only REAL differences is the amount of publicity it received in comparison to the other movies, along with the whole "3D experience".
However it is the highest grossing film made, so that proves people went back again to see it.
It is just one of those movies you either like or hate. Honestly, I would rather watch chicken little again...
