Thx for the all the advice guys but i allready made my mind up. I am gonna get X1650 pro just just about £55. Anyway i got one more question to ask on dabs.com they are selling 2 cards that i am interested in.
The first one is X1650PRO 256MB GDDR 3 SDRAM
And second one is X1650Pro 512MB DDR2 SDRAM
They are both nearly the same price but the second has got 512MB but its DDR2 what ever that means. And the second card has only 800MHz Memory Clock Speed but the first one has 1.4Ghz Memory Clock Speed.
Which one should i buy and does the first one need some kind of a different motherboard since its GDDR?

1)If you've already made up your mind to get a gimpy card...nm.
2) and 3) 2 is better than 3
4)the second one of the two has 1600mhz (effective) gd(double)dr3. the first one uses the (double) number to make it look prettier against the better card.
5)if you're determined to get a gimpy card for 55 instead of card that is upwards of 60 percent better, then get 2 and not 3. motherboard doesn't matter, as long as you buy a pci-e card and have a pci-e slot (or agp card for agp slot)
6)Why? Poor choice; you should save until you can afford a radically better card for just a weetadsmidge more BMU's (british monetary units)
Thx for your help but the gimpy card that i might buy is just as good as i am going to need. I dont see the point of getting a much better card when i dont even play PC games alot. And to be honest i dont want to spend all of my money just for some graphics card and then have nothing left for the summer holidays...

Point well taken. If you don't really game alot, what's the purpose?
How about buying secondhand cards? Some of my clan mates have cards for sale they have upgraded off. They are the level of the x1650 and won't require a PSU upgrade. If you got x1950pro or x1950xt then you are going to need to spend £50-60 on a new PSU to cope with the stress.
the cards for sale range from PNY 6800ultra 256meg to x800gto2's and one lad has a x1600 for sale, all about £30-40 plus postage (should be under a fiver) all pci-e cards. If you are in the UK, something could be arranged. CHeaper and safer than ebaying as my clan won't sell you crap, they have their reputations to think of. PM me if you are interested as I most likely won't be reading this post again in the near future!
top end cards for BF2 don't get much better (at DX9 class) than the x1950xt http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/119441 £105 with free postage on 5 day turnaround. But yoiu need a 530/580w Hiper atx2.2 class PSU to drive it then and that's a £50-60- upgrade if you only have an old PSU.
