My Joystick Doesn't Seem To Have An Axis 3

I just purchased a Joystick called LOGITECH ATTACK 3 shown below:





In Battlefield 2 when trying to calibrate it:

Moving it left/right - Axis 0
Moving it forward/backwards - Axis 1
Moving the little scroll button below the joystick - Axis 2

There doesn't seem to be any Axis 3 though and on this page (which is what I'm trying to base my settings on) there is Axis 0,1,2,3 - http://intel.planetbattlefield.games.../joystick.html

Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.

sorry cant help you on the joystick, i use a playstation 2 controller and use the 2 analog stick, left stick for up down roll left right, right stick or yaw and r3 for change or weapons shoulder pads to fire and d pad for different views.

the link setup is for something like a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro where the handle twists and add's an extra Axis,

I have the same Joysitck as yours so im confined to 3 Axis so i use the A & D keys to steer (instead of the Handle twisting (Axis 2 in the link))

Hmm, I don't want to appear out of line here, but is it really a good idea to have a video of someone being killed in your signature, 'Dual Core'? I'm a grown man and it makes me feel a little bit sick seeing someone's arm being shot off, and what appears to be a bullet through the head, so some younger members might be affected much more.

Just my thoughts anyway.

well im sorry if it offends you, but the game you play is it not about the same thing here. if i was to superimpose colour into it to make it look more gamey would it be more paletable do you think?

Playing a game is different to real world.

If you had a 10 year old son, would you want him to see a video of someone being shot through the head and body several times? I'm not being arsey, just thought it was a bit out of place. But then ogrish.com doesn't exist anymore!
