i thought it over, i think im getting a xp professional instead of vista. does xp limit ur comp. speed or w/e at all? Is it a good choice? and do i need ANY cooling or fans other than the ones that comes with the parts?

Xp won't limit anything, it's probably the smarter choice for now. No, you are fine with what you have now.
dude i would quickly swap the gpu 4 8800gts 320mb xfx because all new games are going to me dx 10 soon so u will have 2 pay anoth around 300 pound on a new card just get it and u will be very please with it and yes it will work with vista!

Since you mentioned pound in your post I'd assume that you are English. Could you do your country a favor and learn it's native language?
Nvidia drivers are pretty poor on Vista right now.

airflow is vital in any case, especially a gaming rig. There should always be one 12cm or 2x 8cm fans pulling air in the front and the same sucking it out the back. Having air blow accross your hard drives is extremely important also and will prolong their life.

well...this is what i have, there are two 120mm fans that comes with case, 1 in the rear, 1 in the side, and i also bought 1 extra 120mm fan for the front.
