I have not played Halo in probably a good 7 months now or longer. I haven't really played much Xbox 360 for about the past 4-6 months. I decided to immediately start on the Solo Legendary run upon receiving Halo 4 for Christmas.



I'm nearing the end but holy crap, it's unforgiving. I can really only handle 1-2 chapters per day.

Mission accomplished.

The last level really only gave me trouble when going to the second terminal to disable the shield. The sheer number of nights was a pain in the ass simply because once the visible ones were taken care of, more would spawn in once you crossed certain trigger locations. And it wouldn't have been an issue really if it weren't for that last one that spawns in with the damn Incinerator Cannon and its insanely high splash damage. Couple that with the fact it placed me at a check point right after I missed with my last shot from my own Incinerator Cannon, leaving me with just a shotgun and light rifle. I really think my auto sentry saved the day since I let it chip away at the knights while I finished them off with the rifle or shotgun if they did that damn warp thing to me.

Also, I had NEVER seen a knight use a jet pack ability until that area. Never. And right when I think I had it in the bag one time, one of them throws a grenade at me while the other dude jet packs on top of me, one hit melee kill death. That only happened once so I don't know what the hell that was all about.

I don't even want to talk about that instant kill laser beam they seemed to shoot out of their eyes every so often. Sometimes there would be advance warning it was coming, other times it was just instant.
