How do you do that? I need to "Comply" to the WC3 guidelines w/e with my website and I have alt text for every image..Except for the background...What do I need to put in my CSS file to validate it?

Just run it past the W3C CSS validator and it should tell you what you need.

CSS files are damn easy to validate :p

It's when you start developing pages with interactive script on like JavaScript when it becomes a pain!

The CSS is easy to pass... but I hate it when you get some odd error in the xhtml validator and you have no idea what is causing it. Most likely I've forgot to close a < p > tag or something :|:
