You haven't clicked any links people have sent you or something?

A few people on my steam friends list have been sending me weird links without any comments and I'm suspecting they have gotten their accounts hijacked.

Just a word of warning, don't click links that people send to you on steam, unless you know for sure they're safe, like a link to imageshack or something

Actually the person who sent me the message was you. :hmm:

You sent me a link to this page - **************, as it asks for you're steam password to login. Having the message been from you, I trusted it - entered my steam account and password in what was supposedly steam's website (A common occurence - I have done it before) and wala - now my account is gone.

Damn my curiosity... I just sent in a steam support ticket - hopefully they will be able to fix the problem.

Ique - since the message was from you I'm thinking you got hijacked first, might want to check up on your steam info.

How do I change password?

Simply go into your friends menu --> then settings --> account. Its right there.

Yea ok I changed my password, tried to log in on my steam from another computer with the new password and I got in... I still got my games and nothing seems wrong so far... damn this is a mess

I know - thats what screwed me over. Anything I receive from you I figured would be relevant to my interests, and I figured the domain was different because you're from a different country. Otherwise the site looks exactly like the steam page.

Crashed my car.

Hydroplaned on the freeway and slammed into a pillar supporting an overpass. Luckily I managed to get out afterwards with only a gash on my neck and a little whiplash. The car's a total write-off though (the front looks like a crumpled tin can, I thought it was gonna light up since the engine was smoking after the crash). Gonna have to save up for a clunker.
