                    here is one going to london with higher ping and longer distance and its better?!?!?

                        That sort of distance isn't great enough to affect your speeds a great deal if any..

                        Speeds also go up and down depending on traffic.

                        My speeds should be around 8 Mb/s, Been dealing with my ISP for the last week on getting it sorted >.>
