lol try eating a piece of toast with honey on it, It's not too much to hold down and it provides your body with the sodium and potassium lost through dehydration.. But the first technique is the best u just got to not be a b*tch and hold it down :laugh:

Im on a gas station so theres plenty of greasy food around, but then again i cant eat it without getting sick

But YAY! I managed to eat some hamburger bread and i actually think im gonna live though this.:yay:
