3D Mark is a test of the CPU and the raw graphics abilities of your PC. Changing memory timings or brands will not alter your score. Other things, such as background processes etc will. Don't expect 3D Mark to be consistent every run.

Nice setup by the way, though why the 6700? The 6600 is cheaper and more versatile.... Arguably the best CPU on the planet as it will run at 3 GHz + on air cooling no problem. In fact it can do all what the 6700 can do, but for less $$$.

I've got a similar rig on the way. It has the same processor as you, and for graphics cards it's gonna have TWO GeForce 8800GTX 768 cards running in SLI.

I'm really looking forward to it, it should be able to handle any game I can throw at it at the moment at max settings. And then laugh in my face at the pathetic attempt to make it work hard.

Dust.
Power supply cables not being long enough.
