just adding some more info,when you pick youre psu make sure its got good amperage on the 12v rail!!!!

i.e 30amps on 12v rail is good,on the box of youre gfx card it will state minimum psu(450)and 20amp on 12v rail(not ure if all the 7 series state that but ive seen it on 7600gs/gt

also remember minimum psu speeds are for systems with 1hd and 1dvd/cd rom,so if you have 2 cd/dvd and a few hdrives +fans / lights ect then u may need a bit more than the minimum needed for youre card.

The three years warranty seems good + OCZ is a good brand no doubt but is the price close to ur budjet + did u decide which card are u going to get?

Ya still gonna get the 7900 GTO since its still on offer. Not 100% sure on the psu yet though, gonna get blade to help me on that one. Still I only go over my budget a little with that PSU I had shown you. But im wondering if this is true or false:

"the bigger and better built your psu, the LOWER your electric needs will be since it won't have to work so hard to give the same power a much smaller and cheaper unit will."

As said before the HIGHER THE EFFECIENCY the LOWER your electricity bill will be. A course in thermodymanics will clarify everything since it deals with this matters. Its like comparing a motor with an effeciency of 70% and a motor with an effeciency of say 55% of course the 70% looks more appealing but it is not the case since the lifetime should be considered + cost of unit knowing that the motor with higher effeciency cost more per unit but say during 5years it will be a cheaper and better solution than a 55% efficient motor but in case of psu it will be submitted to change and it is not as pricy as a motor

I would recommend this one great effeciency and value for money great reviews too it got 4-5 stars not even a single review below it I think it is the same as the second link u gave but the picture does not show up. Can also support sli configeration for later upgrades so go with it.

I just bought that card...My PSU is a 440w.And all i am powering is 1HD,1DVD,and 1 Cold cathode.Get a 550 or 600.Trust me.If in the future you want to SLI another card...Or get other goodies,you will just be buying another PSU.So get more than u need,and you wont have too buy twice.I learned the hard way.
