7300GS Vs 7600GS

Whats better and why? Is there much graphical difference between the two or are they just different in model? Opinions or proof of opinion would be appreciated. Thanks

7600 gs the higher the number the better the card anyways 7300 cud only get u low on bf2

Side-by-side specs comparison. The 7600 is a little more than 2x the speed of the 7300. If you like mostly low settings, then go for the 7300.

Basically the 7300 is the FX5200 of the 7x00 series cards, and we all know how good the 5200's were. :laugh:

if u run low shud get a decent fr of 50-70

well my old 6200LE could run all on low with a perfect framerate so this 7300gs should do alright...?

Don't tell people to go by that, or they may find themselves thinking a 9800 is better than a x1900 or something.

6800 vs 7300? *hint* you should prbably talk less:)

The 7300gs will most likely be better than a 6200le, but iim not sure to what extent. There are some good 7300gt's on the market that use ddr3, and some people have tweaked them to almost 7600gt speeds, so i recomend that you look into that.

I couldnt find the ddr3 one, but this 7600gt isnt to bad. Itll definately play above all low.

Relax on the number guy...I'm sure he meant to say the higher number in the same series range...is always better.

So in the 7 series...yes, the higher is always better. As it was with the 6 series and the 5.

Now then, "generally speaking", the next generations low level, is close to last generations mid level. Not a rule of thumb, but a decent guideline.

Specially with Nvidia. The 'GS' in the name is nicknamed good savings, If it's 'LE', it can be referred to the light edition and such. The GT is the most powerful of the bunch, cepts for the GTX, which is no doubt the best, but hella expensive. So basically, the 7600 GS is much better then the 7300GS. Just search in google for benchmarks, it's all there, take 5 seconds to find it yourself
