I would hold off on buying that... the 7600gs isn't all that great, infact, if I recall correctly, it is just a teensy bit getter than the 7300gt. I'm gonna find some reviews, but I think an x800gto, which is about the same price, would be better.
edit: as far as the 3DMark05 scores go, the x800gto is generally ahead by 600 points. Yes, performance is not necessarily linked to the 3DMark05 score, but apparently the x800gto can overclock very well, getting that score up to 5800, 1200 more points than the 7600gs. When overclocked, the 7600gs was only to move its score to the x800gto's stock speed score, about 4600.

Also keep in mind that those ests were without AA and AF. Usually, where ATI cards pull ahead is when AA and AF are turned on.
