Depends if your definition of fine is "with decent settings and framerate" or "just manages to load the game, it looks like pooh and is jittery as hell". If its the latter, then yes, the 9200 is a great card for getting BF2 to run, in that a Geforce 2 MX is not.

But his pc is dump(compare to bf2)

yes it will run BF2, but I dont think you can use it. Im guessing you have and AGP based system, that 7600GT is PCIe.

Post your full system specs, otherwise you wont get the best advice.
