Well, after leaving it for 9 hours and then cleaning it of dust I found something interesting, the GPU doesnt have its own fan, it only has a silver grill over the top, after I loaded the system up now its been on for about 5 mins without going into anything but desktop the temperature of it is now... 68 Degress C, to increase cooling ive even gone and taken a PCI card out of my system and kept the open slot to allow for venting.

Oh, one odd thing, since I upgraded my Nvidia drivers from the old ones that came pre installed on my system to the newest ones the nvidia information used to show that my card has 256MB's RAM (the correct amount) to now 128Mb's.
Oh, now its been on for 10mins and its at 73 Degrees on desktop!
