Re: SLI question
Should be able to. You use one 6 pin connector for one of the cards and two normal HDD power connectors for the other card via a supplied converter cable.

Re: SLI question
Yes it is powerfull enough for sli (at least with two 7900s), you may need some splitters for the cables though

Re: SLI question
Only 14/15 amps on each 12v rail isn't enough for 7900's.Originally posted by Heatseeker_no.1Yes it is powerfull enough for sli (at least with two 7900s), you may need some splitters for the cables though
Thats a very poor choice of PSU in that price range. You should have at least got something like this:
or
If you want to run high end SLI you're gonna have to spend around $150 on a PSU.

Re: SLI question
OK this has got me worried a bit now. I'm running two 7800's (all seems fine though).
I've got an EZCool 600W. Should I look at something better?

Re: SLI question
Cool. I should eb getting a better CPU and case soon, will probably look into something a bit hardcore to futureproof a bit more.Originally posted by Sir. MrWobblesno you should be fine, this is a 500W im sure a 600W can handle 7800's

Re: SLI question
Although that brand isn't the best it's enough to run dual 7800's. It has 40 amps on the 12v rail which is decent.Originally posted by BloodsportOK this has got me worried a bit now. I'm running two 7800's (all seems fine though).

My old one blew up in a power surge and needed to get one fast :laugh:Originally posted by WreckAlthough that brand isn't the best it's enough to run dual 7800's. It has 40 amps on the 12v rail which is decent.
I'll keep this one untill it gives me problems or I upgrade the case as mentioned above.

Re: SLI question
The connector should come with the board, not every mfg staggers the sockets the same...Originally posted by Sir.
