You can recommend new parts but keep in cheap - probobly won't change though

yea nice, I also have the 7600 GT CO, runs very very nice, with your ram it will run very good on bf2.

yup, one day sales just come and go.. if there is a sale on 7/24/06 I'll go for it but I don't plan on looking for them

a. SLI mode = thats 2 identical video cards working together?

b. My video card supports SLI doesn't something else need to?

c. I'm pretty sure the PSU or MOBO need to be SLI ready as well, are mine?

I guess no one else picked this up, but the windows you picked out is the upgrade version. You would get that if you had windows 98 and wanted to move to xp. For a new computer and empty HD you'll need windows xp full. It would run $200 retail, but they're everywhere on ebay for less then $100.
