although, id be happy even if i played on all low with no lag. i get so much lag. i cant play either SF OR EF cause i get strange lag for no reason on alll those maps. and i cant go into a lot of buildings anywhere or i will slow down. hell, i cant even LOOK in the direction of a SMOKE GRENADE or arty or my game will turn into a slideshow

im pretty sure he can run on high with no problem...i have a X800XL and i run it on high with 4x AA at 1024

I have X800XL as well, and i know how good hte 6800XT is. THe 6800XT performs quite closely to tha 6600GT (worse clock speeds, but 256bit mem interface), so it should run like a 6600GT. And a 6600GT runs medium/high a 1024x768 with NO AA or AF.

Yes, Medium and some High like I do with a MSI 6600GT PCI-E

After I get 1GB RAM I will be able to run all high xD

don't hold your breath..........

some say they can run all high on a set up similar to yours, but I bet they have a really low framerate (maybe 20-25 fps).

Here's a screen of a 6800. All med with geometry on high. 2x AA/4x AF. I'll post some more later.

just got a 6800 about 2 weeks ago...running 1024 with medium/high settings, 4x AA, 6xAF. Display on DVI port. I get max 70-80fps and min 40-50fps. looks good no lag.

i guess the 6800 is like the 6600GT cause im running all high with 4xAA at 1280 by 1024. lowest ive ever seen is 45 fps when i was playing armored fury and i crashed into 3 tanks withthe a10. Highest i see is like 97 or 98 when im flying in a jet.

could be my uber 1337 proc.

@ 1280x960 on a 19" KDS ctr my EVga 6800gt 256 (oc'd to 425 1.14)game settings high eccept AA off & driver settings all highest AA forced 2Qs vsync ON. I get 60-90 with dips to 40 in heavy street fights /w artillary go'n off looks great to these old eyes.

To bad he needs agp.... and also, if i were to get any 7600gt, id be the evga KO, because it has probably the best heatsink/fan on any of the 7600's out there, and its cheaper than that CO. That CO fan doesnt even cover the memory, and plus your paying extra for a card thats overclocked when you could easily just do it yourself.
