the x1600 is a great card, the only reason i would say no is that i think it runs hotter and uses more power, both big no no's in the laptop world, but i wil try and look for those and get back to you on it.

Is that 1.0 or with the 1.3 patch. My 6800gs avg's about 30 with med settings

not to shabby, just make sure the 1gig of ram with the lappy isn't in a 2x512 config.

it is in that the want 200 dollars more for a 1*1gb config there might be some other extras but i would perfer matching ram with a high speed
