Yes, multiple USB devices on the same ports could cause lag. While playing, disconnect the USB headset and see if the stutter stops, then you know for sure.

If you have USB ports on the other side of your laptop, try plugging the headset on that side and see if that helps.

I have the usb mouse and headset in the same usb ports yeah. I havent noticed more lag (only did in the first time i used my headphones) but if i notice that again i will try and see what happens
