Will my video card run this game?

I've been looking for a nice FPS for online play, and I've heard alot of great things about this game. So, naturally, I'd very much like to buy it. The only problem seems to be that I'm not sure how well my current video card would run it, if at all. Here's my specs:

Microsoft Windows XP
Celeron(R) CPU 2.70 GHz
2.69 GHz, 760 MB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500

I'm not really sure if that's all you'd want to know to be able to tell me if it will run it. However, I'm fairly confident on it except for the video card. I've noticed that they say it runs 5700 or higher. So, would it be a waste of my money to buy the game with my current video card, or is there some chance that it will run? I'm aware that this video card is fairly terrible in comparison to others (I asked for a good card, and I got this, alas), but could there maybe be some hope?

Of course itll run it just might be laggy.

Settings on low.. try the demo..

I've got the same card but with a gig of ram. I can run all low with view distance 100%.

celeron...............hmmmmm but I heard some people got BF2 working with that card

Well, I've had it since I've had BF2, so I've come this far with it.

It will run it, it will run on as low as an FX5200, it just won't run very well. 800x600 all setings on low.

The game itself is more affordable, I am sure you will get it to run. Like they said, it's worth a try.

OMG i had a smiliar system, i ran everything low but i kept geomerty and textures on high. Save up some cash and get something better, its worth it.

A jump from a FX5500 to a 7800gt is a big and worth it leap, well for me it was
