a evga guy look at picture of my card and said it is damaged..
(IGNORE RED DOT IN PIC THATS CAMERA LIGHT)
isn't my power supply more then enough powerfull to run 1 7900??
I saw somewhere someone using sli 2 7900 gt with 550 watt so dont see y i cant run 1 7900 with 450 watt.
PEOPLE told me that you need to connect the adapter that came with card to psu and to card.. But my psu came with a pcie adapter already connected but there saying i need to use one that came with card...

You have to use the one that came with the card because if you use the one from the power supply then your card will only be getting 15 or 17 amps, which is not enough for the 7900 series.
Use the adpapter that came WITH THE CARD, but be sure to plug two TOTALLY DIFFERENT cables from your power supply into the Y-adapter.
