Then ignore everything I said, go and buy a 9550 or FX5200, then come back and moan when the card you buy is utter s hit.

Of course they work, I am trying to help you out.

Dude, do you have ADD or something. Its a PCI-Express card, wont work in the motherboard you are looking at.

YOU NEED AN AGP CARD, PREFERABLY A 6600GT, 6800GT OR 7800GS.

Best Buy and Fry's are really bad places to look. I can only assist you with buying online really, its cheaper than retail shops and their range is usually much better.

EDIT: That one is PCI-e it will not work with that MOBO.
He says he's unable to buy online which is a bit tricky, retailers eat guys like him for breakfast :P

Goddamit man, its PCI-Express. Whatever you get it has to say "AGP 8x". It simply wont fit in your motherboard. If you can buy online, look at any of the earlier links I listed, ANY of those cards should run the game really well.

I mainly just want to play BF2 on HIGH/max. I do not want to go over $300. I have a PCI-Express slot and here are my specs

1GB, 200GB Hard Drive 7200 RPM, 2.2 ghz, Media Center edition, PCI-Express slot, came with a Nvidia GeForce 6100, 1024 MB DDR Dual channel memory, AMD Athlon 64 processor 3700+

You are aweful... Are you going to post the same question in every single tech thread? Those links are dead anyway...

Posting the same exact think in multiple threads is highly frowned upon here. You're not off to a good start.

Becuase he, like most of the regs here read all these threads and seeing the same damn post over and over again really annoys us. If you want your question answered, create your own thread.
