    Click
by the way my dad got these 2 1GB sticks of RAM for free from work, and my current motherboard doesnt support it, and this one does, so if i get this i'll have 2 GB of RAM.

Heres the Videocard i was thinking of getting
    click
the video card right now i have has 64 MB and i couldnt even play bf2, it was so laggy the host kickd me off the server
I was also wondering if that video card supports that motherboard...
and right now my cpu is 1.7 GHz, and the one im hinking of getting is 2.66 Ghz

The motherboard and graphics card are AGP, so yes, they'll go together.

BUT the graphics card sucks, get at least a 6600GT. Most of the ones below are cheaper and better

Let me know if you want better suggestions on Motherboard and CPUs too. Also what sort of RAM have you been given - they might be old, ECC, or some other sort of RAM that might not work.

You sure about that? Most DDR2 is faster than 400...

It does exist, but is unusual.

Look at the link in my post (2nd from top).

Otherwise, see link below for the best possible cards for your motherboard (a little higher than your budget)

Both suck. Don't skimp on the graphics card, its the most crucial component for making BF2 a: run and b:look nice.

Looked at Fry's selection for AGP cards, they appear to charge through the nose for obsolete crap. Look, just get a 6600GT, 6800GT or 7800GS, just make sure it has GT or GS on the end and it is AGP interface. The brand and amount of RAM doesnt matter too much.

                          Ignore the readme. It's wrong.

Yes that's a good one, but please don't pay $200 fot it. You can get them online for like $130.

EDIT: That one is PCI-e it will not work with that MOBO.
