I guess it comes down to personal taste/wants...I would never trust a 37 dollar psu on my fifteen hundred dollar computer components. If you've had good luck with them then by all means, recommend them...I personally wouldn't get it based off of MY experience with them along with the price.

What cheap-o PSU did I reccomend? FSP is a great company that makes quality PSUs.

He is talking about the 400watt FSP you posted at the top of this page.

It's not just me, go to EOCF, Xtremesystems, hardforums. Any of them will recomend FSP.

Extremely true... I had an FSP that was 300W and was running a 9800 pro and lots of fans and it lasted 4 years without a single computer crash. The only reason I am still not using it is because the Wattage just wasn't enough. FSP is KNOWN for making some of the most reliable PSU's out there.

With my latest computer built, I went with a 600watt FSP and it hasn't given me any trouble. Even though it was dang near $150, the quad 12v rails will come in handy some day.

I'm not bashing fsp...I'm just saying I wouldn't choose the 37 dollar psu to run my expensive components, I would opt for a higher wattage/higher dollar psu. Just my opinion.

...and that's what jimmy is saying, he would use a $37 dollar PSU to run those components. If you want to get a higher watt PSU, go for it, just look at the sticky for what are good PSU brands.

Well, if your talking regular PCI, there isn't enough bandwidth in the PCI to move the massive amounts of graphical data required. If I remember correctly, the regular PCI bus can only move at 133mb/s.

If your talking PCIe (PCI Express), then a big majority of people have them. The PCIe can move massive amounts of data, because the bus is so much more faster than the reg PCI bus. This means more information can be moved faster, so better, fps,etc.
