The 7600 GT is way better then the x1600 Pro. It's even better than the X1600 XT. Nvidia owns the mid range performance/price ratio market right now.

Yes, but at the time I bought these cards they were high end cards. At the moment I'd recommend ATI for the top of the food chain. I'm not a fan of ATI's mid range offerings.

ATI does have better IQ, but you really can't take advantage of it with mid range cards since it will bog them down to an uplayable FPS.

Thats the worst 6800 you can buy. Just get the 7600 GT.

Whats your price maximum?

That card is between an X1600 pro and XT in performance. You'd be better off with a 6800 GT.

This 7600 GS is about equal to a X1600 XT:

good card basically a little worse then the 7800 GT or maybe a bit better ahvent looked a while

you can unlock loads of **** on this card aswell
